I lead venture-building at IdeaCrafters, a venture studio in Algiers that builds and co-founds B2B software in regulated markets. I take on problems most people find too messy: payments in Algeria, tax compliance in Saudi Arabia, software for industries with a lot of rules and not much of a playbook. My range is the point. I can design the architecture with engineers, then run the go-to-market with executives.
